Cultivating awareness and finding our truest identity. Day 1 is all about developing mindfulness into our daily lives, setting and finding our intention whilst getting clear what it is we really want to develop and heal.
We dive straight into the scientific benefits and also breakdown each stage of the mindfulness process. We also uncover mindful awareness can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.
Developing and incorporating awareness into daily life. How to skilfully deal with our emotions and cultivate our awareness skills. Day 2 is all about working with the challenges we face in life both internally and externally.
Developing mindful relationships can have a huge impact on our success, health and happiness. Day 3 we practice and discuss how to develop mindful relationships in each aspect of our lives. We learn how to skilfully implement the various skills of mindfulness whilst unpacking what to expect along our own personal journey. We finish the final day with questions from attendees.
